RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Each CordCutter box comes with a 15 month warranty and a 15 day money back guarantee. If for any reason, other than the functionality of the box, you would like to return, the shipping date must be within 15 days of your purchase.

If your box is not working properly, or you do not feel the product is a good fit for your home, you can contact Technical Support (850) 424-1688, to complete the troubleshooting process. If the troubleshooting process does not fix the issue or help you see the benefit of our product, return the box to the address provided below.

Repair or replacement will be determined once the box is received.

A $25 restocking fee will be deducted from all refunds for restocking and processing charges.

This is an outline of the CordCutter refund Policy.

Effective Immediately all refunds are handled Monday through Friday (9am-5pm CST).

We offer customers full refunds up to 15 days with a receipt.

All Star Card customers refunds/credits are processed through the AAFES tablets immediately.

Credit Card refunds are processed through our corporate office.

Cash customers are processed through our corporate office and paid using a business check or money order that will be mailed to the customers address.

The normal processing time is up to 7 to 10 business days from the date we receive the returned product.

Time may vary based upon the customers bank/credit card or mail times.

Our Customer/Product Warranty:

We offer all our customers a 15 month warranty on hardware from date of original purchase.

Note – the only exception are any evidence of water damage, misuse and Acts of God or Nature.

We offer all our customers free software upgrades via auto updates and/or manual updates Via our Tech support staff.

Technical and Customer support is provided 6 days per week as follows:

Monday-Friday 9 AM to 7 PM (CST)

Saturday 9 AM to 6 PM (CST)
